Site Supervisor
Who Are We Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction supervision
- Experience in renovation, restoration, or heritage projects (highly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Attention to detail, especially for heritage preservation
- Good communication skills (English required is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
What You Will Be Doing
- Supervise daily site operations and construction activities
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects and consultants
- Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and conservation guidelines
- Monitor project schedule and report progress to project manager
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards
- Enforce health, safety and environmental regulations on site
- Identify and resolve on-site issues, including structural or design conflicts
- Maintain proper documentation (daily reports, site logs, photos)
- Support inspections and approvals from authorities or stakeholders
Salary
- Salary: Commensurate with skills and experience (negotiable)
- Salary Review: Annually (or based on project duration for short-term projects)
