This project transforms the former Prime Minister's Office into the new Governor Historical Museum of Lao PDR through an adaptive reuse approach that preserves the site's historical significance while introducing contemporary functionality for public use.

The master plan has been reorganized to accommodate a new office building, improved entrance and exit circulation, and supporting facilities. Existing structures and landscape elements were carefully repositioned and redesigned to maintain parking capacity, preserve green spaces, and comply with building regulations.

The architectural design emphasizes a contemporary yet respectful identity, combining clean white façades with Art Deco-inspired elements drawn from the existing buildings. This approach creates a harmonious relationship between the old and new while reinforcing the museum's formal and cultural character.

The interior layout prioritizes efficient circulation by separating office functions from visitor areas, while the landscape and pedestrian connections enhance accessibility and provide a welcoming experience that celebrates the heritage of Lao PDR.
