Who Are We Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in drafting
- Proficient in AutoCAD, knowledge of SketchUp or Revit will be an advantage
- Ability to prepare BOQ (will be considered an advantage)
- Good understanding of drafting standards
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and infrastructure
- Ability to analyze, solve problems, and make appropriate decisions
- Good communication skills (English proficiency will be an advantage), ability to work effectively as part of a team, capability to plan work, and a solid understanding of basic workflows in design, construction, and consulting services.
What You Will Be Doing
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and construction plans using AutoCAD software.
- Convert conceptual sketches and designs from engineers or architects into technical drawings.
- Modify and revise drawings based on feedback and instructions from engineers or project managers.
- Verify that all drawings comply with applicable standards, regulations, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and relevant teams to ensure accuracy and consistency across designs.
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and perform basic quantity take-offs
- Maintain and organize a systematic archive of drawing files, documentation, and revisions.
