Atmosphere of the contract signing ceremony in La District, Oudomxay Province
On April 27–28, 2026, APA Incorporated participated in the contract signing ceremony and the pre-construction planning meeting, along with field visits to survey the entire project area, including the headworks and pipeline alignments in affected zones.
The purpose is to assess actual site conditions, verify readiness before construction, and develop an implementation plan that aligns with the surrounding environment.
In addition, a community consultation meeting was conducted to raise awareness and understanding for the Project: Climate adaptation measure for the intake, pipeline and slope stabilization in La District, Oudomxay Province.
Prior to construction, engaging with local communities is a crucial step because good infrastructure development is not just about construction; it is about building collaboration and shared understanding.
